I use 2Do for task management. I find the app to be the perfect combination of simple for most items, but can easily scale up to more complex when it is needed for projects. However, like most task management apps there are many points of entry for information. Typically, I only need to enter a task's name, due date, start date, and list. To manually enter that data in the 2Do app is not hard at all; it just takes more taps and time than I would like to spend doing that.
Workflow (combined with Drafts) makes the process of entering new tasks into 2Do simple and fast. This is exactly what I need from my task management system: simple and fast. This system is a some what complex combination of a 2-step Drafts script and an even more complicated 20+ action Workflow. Even though the whole system is rather complex, the execution of that system takes me no more than 30 seconds for me to enter all 4 pieces of task information. This quick entry works great for me so that I can quickly enter that information so that I can start working on those tasks.
The Drafts action and Workflow were created by Drafts and Workflow user Tim Nahumck.
